Since the jailers specialize in stunning and subduing prisoners, they attempt to use the same tactics on the heroes. Though they are not particularly quick or nimble, they try to rush up to the heroes (charging when possible) to gain the benefits of their Skirmisher talent and reduce the penalty from the Rapid Strike feat. If the jailers do not have a clear line of movement to the heroes, they use their blasters, though they do not drop their stun batons. Instead, they hold one weapon in each hand, though they do not attack with both weapons at once.
